Below you will find detailed information regarding our shipping and delivery policies. These policies apply to all orders placed on our website.

 

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 10-20 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • Please note that processing time and shipping time are NOT the same. To estimate when you will receive your item, add the processing time to the shipping time.
  • Due to the custom nature of our products, processing times are approximate and may vary under certain conditions. These variations will be communicated promptly.

2. Shipping Options

  • We offer various shipping options at checkout, including standard and express delivery. Shipping times and costs vary based on your location and chosen method.
  • All shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are displayed before payment.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Within the EU: Standard shipping: 2-4 business days.
  • Outside the EU: Standard shipping: 4-8 business days. Delivery times depend on the destination and customs processing.

4. International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide. Please note that customers outside the EU may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees determined by their country’s customs authority. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer and will not appear on our invoice.
  • Customs processing times may vary, and we are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections.

5. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.
  • Tracking updates depend on the carrier and the shipping method selected.
  • Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to update once you receive a tracking number.

6. Delivery Issues

  • If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged during transit, please contact us at info@searbeautique.com. We will assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.
  • Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate. We are not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • Sear Beautique is NOT responsible for delays caused by third parties such as shipping carriers.

7. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as a defective or incorrect item).
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees if they choose to return an item.

8. Non-Delivery Cases

  • If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address information, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
  • If a returned order is not claimed or resolved within 7 days after it is received back by us, the order may be canceled. A refund will be issued, but the original shipping fees will not be refunded.

9. Special Notes for Custom Products

  • Custom wigs and other made-to-order items may require additional production and delivery time. These will be communicated during the order process.

10. Verification for Mismatched Shipping and Billing Addresses

  • If the shipping and billing addresses do not match, we may require additional information to confirm the identity of the customer. This includes:
    • A screenshot of the payment for this order.
    • A photo of a valid ID (sensitive details may be blocked out).
  • These measures are in place to protect our customers and prevent fraudulent activity. Your order will be processed immediately after verification. Thank you for your understanding.

11. Additional Notes and Legal Policies

  • A “business day” is considered to be Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Orders are processed and shipped during business days only. Please consider this when estimating delivery times.
