• Product availability is subject to stock levels and may change without notice.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any Product at any time.

4. Orders and Payments

• All orders are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
• Payment must be completed at the time of purchase. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and Paypal.
• Prices are listed in EUR (€) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping times vary depending on location and Product customization. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
• International shipping is available; additional fees may apply based on the destination.
• If you are a customer outside the EU, you will also be liable for any applicable tax/custom charges for your country of residence. This charge will not appear on our invoice and will likely be payable upon receiving the item from the relevant national authority for your country of residence.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control.

6. Returns and Refunds

•  We accept returns within 3 days of delivery for Products that are unused, undamaged, and in their original, sealed packaging.
•  For hygiene reasons, wigs can only be returned if the packaging has not been opened, and the product has not been worn, styled, or altered in any way.
•  We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item does not meet these conditions or shows signs of use.
• To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order details.
• You are responsible for paying for the return label.
• Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the return is approved after our inspection, your refund will be processed and the applicable amount will be refunded to your credit card or original method of payment.
• For Non-EU Residents: Please note that for returns from outside the EU, the original shipping fees are non-refundable. You will also be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned Product.

7. Maintenance and Upkeep

• Proper care is essential to extend the lifespan of your wig. Please refer to our care guide provided with your purchase.
• We are not responsible for damage caused by improper care or neglect.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Sear Beautique is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Products or Website.
• Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the Product in question.
